MR. RHYDHAM KAPOOR

Executive Vice President

He is a Law Graduate from C.C.S. University (Meerut) and Qualified CS from ICSI. Also, he
has completed his Masters Degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has
experience in the field of Corporate Valuation, Legal Due Diligence, Secretarial Matters and
Corporate Restructuring. He has handled assignments related to Direct Listing, SME- IPO
Issues, Buy-Back and other Capital Market Transactions. His diverse experience in the areas
of Securities Laws, SEBI Guidelines, Stock Exchange Regulations, Companies Act, Capital
Markets and Financial Services has been instrumental leading the team in successfully
completing several assignments such as SME IPOs of Equity, Takeover Compliances, Delistings etc.

He has handled assigments related to SME-IPO Issues, Main Board Issues, Bonus Issues,
Rights Issues, Migration from SME to Mainbaord platform of exchange, Preferential
Issue of listed companies, Mergers & Acquistions. He has experience in SEBI

She holds a dual degree in Computer Science and Business Administration (BBA CAM) and has completed her MBA with a specialization in Finance. Currently, she is furthering her expertise by pursuing an LLB degree.
With over five years of hands-on experience, Lata has developed a strong proficiency in various aspects of compliance, including SEBI compliance and ROC regulations. Her meticulous attention to detail and thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks have enabled her to excel in ensuring that companies adhere to industry standards and legal requirements. Additionally, Lata possesses significant experience in accounting, making her a well-rounded professional capable of managing financial records with precision and accuracy.

He has been working since last 3 years in financial industry. He has earned Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Analysis from ICOFP, Delhi & Master of Commerce in Finance from Jamia Milia Islamia University. In addition, Rajat earned the Certified Financial Planner designation from FPSB (USA). He has some other major certifications in Valuations, Financial Modeling, Investment Banking & Research. Prior to the 3DCSL, Rajat has rendered his services as Assistant Wealth Manager at Elite Wealth Advisors Ltd. & as a Head Wealth Manager, where he was providing financial planning, wealth management, portfolio management & research services to the HNI clients & big corporate houses with managing the assets having value approx. 100 crores
