MR. PANKAJ KHETAN
Mr. Pankaj Khetan, B.Sc, FCS, LLB, age about 48 is having an experience of more than 25 years in the field of all type of Financial; and Taxation Consultancy. He is having a rich experience of project financing and debt restructuring. He individually has handled a number of cases of debt restructuring with different Financial Institution, He is well versed with all the Banking Rules and Regulation especially under SARFAESI ACT. He is the Founder Member of a NGO CA Vichar Munch. Mr. Pankaj Khetan has also qualified as Insolvency Professional and has the license to work as insolvency professional under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

MS. RACHNA KHETAN
Ms. Rachna Khetan, aged 43 years is a post graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. She has experience of more than 18 years in various fields of Business and Official Management. She has developed expertise in creating value through financial engineering and restructuring. Good understanding of statutory provisions and guidelines issued by Govt. of India, & other regulatory bodies like SEBI, ROC and Stock Exchanges.

Qualified as Company Secretary in year 1992 and practicing since 2000. Prior to that worked in various large listed companies as Company Secretary. Consultant to many listed companies, public & private companies and PSUs. vast experience in corporate laws, merger & acquisitions, FDI, Joint Ventures,Shareholders agreements, conducting and handling Due diligence, appearance before NCLT (Erstwhile CLB) and other quasi judicial bodies, Negotiation of business agreements, corporate finance, management & administration etc.

MR. SUBHASH CHAND KWATRA
Subhash Chand Kwatra is retired GM. He has +40 years dynamic and highly accomplished professional with a diverse range of educational qualifications and extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and holds an MBA with a specialization in finance. With experience in corporate credit, stressed accounts, and various departments, he has held positions as a General Manager at Punjab and Sind Bank, an independent director at New Habitat Housing Finance and Development Limited, and an independent director at CSL Finance Limited and PRO CLB Global Limited.
